The Next XC Carbon mountain bike crankset is one of the lightest, strongest, 100% carbon fiber cranks ever made. Race Face has gone beyond the existing carbon material and process limitations to set a new benchmark in performance XC components!

• Constructed using the same proprietary carbon material as the new Boeing Dreamliner - an aerospace composite material that's only available in North America
• Hollow crankarm has all unnecessary material removed from the center core and no internal aluminum spine, resulting in optimal material compaction and a lower void structure
• Co-molded pedal and spindle inserts are mechanically locked into place so they'll never loosen or creak
• Performance aluminum chain-rings, CNC machined in Canada from USA aluminum, maximize wear resistance increase impact strength and feature S.H.I.F.T. technology for lightning quick up-shifts
• CNC machined chromoly bottom bracket is permanently molded into the drive side crankarm to minimize weight and maximize power transfer
• Triple wiper sealed bearings are factory-filled with Phil Wood waterproof grease for excellent retention, contaminant elimination and long life
• Aluminum hardware keeps the weight down
• External bottom bracket system with crank bolt puller cap for easier crank installation/removal and a fully adjustable chainline
