Nice straight post war Columbia ladies bicycle frameset. B178XXX serial number on left rear dropout is not in the serial number lists? Not a pre war bike for sure. Mid 1950's is my guess. Ready to build up. Takes 26 inch balloon size tire wheels. 18 inches from middle of BB shell to top of seatpost tube.
