The Forerunner 405CX is a GPS based heart rate monitor designed to provide extensive data in an easy to use format. The 405CX includes advanced heart rate based calorie computation, high sensitivity GPS receiver with HotFix, touch bezel interface, time of day, dual time, day/date, alarm, Virtual Partner, will store courses, workouts and goals. GPS features include mark locations, back to start, and save location. HR zone training is supported by recording HR data in 5 zones. Features ANT+ wireless technology that automatically transfers data between the 405CX and your computer. Supports Mac format. The Forerunner 405CX is great for running or cycling. Connect to other athletes or coaches via the Garmin Connect site. Compatible with GSC 10 bike speed/distance sensor and the SDM4 foot pod so you can record running data indoors or out. Battery life is up to 8 hours when training and up to two weeks on power save mode. Water resistant to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
